Includes published series of articles on the 1977 repart of the Task Force on Juvenile Justice Defense Fund, described as a group of concerned black citizens from Baltimore who are in the child care field. The report was entitled "A Call for Reform of Maryland's Training Schools." Also found is a handwritten letter from a parent of a child living at one of the schools, and drafts of the published articles.
