Processing Information

The Ku Klux Klan (KKK) files were processed using detailed processing procedures in 2025. All the information in the finding aid has been verified against folder content, and dates and document types have been added to description for each folder. Following the pre-existing geographical arrangement, folders with a general folder title were sorted into geographical files, and in some cases, more detailed arrangement and description has been added to folder titles and folder notes to improve access.
