All the information in the finding aid has been verified against folder content, and dates and document types have been added to description for each folder. Following the pre-existing geographical arrangement, folders with a general folder title were sorted into geographical files, and in some cases, more detailed arrangement and description has been added to folder titles and folder notes to improve access.
